Cadwell Psychological Services, LLC is an outpatient mental health provider serving individuals from early childhood through older adulthood in Northern Indiana.

Therapy and psychological testing are available in our outpatient office in Plymouth, Indiana. Psychological testing is also provided onsite to contracting healthcare agencies.

In addition to the above, we offer a unique element in that we have staff trained in working with individuals with both mental health and intellectual/developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders.
