Dr. Carrie Cadwell,
PsyD., HSPP
Clinical Psychology
Dr. Cadwell earned her doctorate degree in clinical psychology
from the Adler School of Professional Psychology with a certificate in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and specialty track in
neuropsychological assessment. Prior to this she earned her masters degree in clinical psychology from Pepperdine University.
She has worked as
a clinician in both outpatient and residential settings and has an outpatient clinic managerial background. Currently
she is the mental health consultant for the Texas Migrant Council Headstart. She has also served as an adjunct faculty for
IUSB from 2001-2008 and Ancilla College in 2008.
Dr. Cadwell
has a special interest in the area of evidence-based practice and working with individuals with co-morbid mental health and
intellectual or developmental disabilities.
Nanette Fredericks, LCSW
Clinical Social Worker
Nanette Fredericks is
a Clinical Social Worker. She earned her masters degree in Social Work from Indiana University in Indianapolis and her B.S.
in Secondary Education from Ball State University.
Nanette worked at the Bowen Center in Plymouth,
Indiana for 20 years. Prior to that, she worked at Four County Counseling Center. Nanette has a wide variety of experience
in the mental health field. She has an interest in working with people who have chronic mental illnesses. Other areas of interest
and experience include depression, family difficulties, and anxiety.
Sarah B. Anderson, M.A.
Clinical Counselor & Testing Technician
Sarah earned her BA in Psychology from Saint Mary's College in Notre Dame, Indiana. After graduating from Saint Mary's
College, Sarah worked as a case manager on the Family Intervention Team at Oaklawn in Elkhart, Indiana. Sarah is currently pursuing her PsyD in Clinical Psychology with a concentration in Family Systems at Argosy University
(formerly Illinois School of Professional Psychology). During her studies at Argosy, Sarah has earned her M.A. in Psychology.
Jason Cadwell,
CPA Business Manager
Jason Cadwell received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a
Bachelor of Science degree in Management & Administration (with an emphasis in entrepreneurial studies) from
Indiana University. He is a 2004-2005 graduate of Leadership South Bend-Mishawaka and a 2007-2008 graduate of Leadership
Marshall County.
He has experience in healthcare finance and accounting and is a licensed CPA in the State
of Indiana. In his role as business manager, Jason is responsible for the oversight of financial operations,
accounting functions and general business matters of Cadwell Psychological Services, LLC.
